Once we have made contact with you; we will be required, by U.K. law, to check your driving licence online using the gov.uk check driving licence service. We will require the last 8 digits of your driving licence number and a code generated by the service. (Not required on the website. Do not enter this information into the enquiry form.)
It is your right not to disclose this information. Not disclosing this information would make us unable to continue to provide you with our services. We reserve the right to refuse to supply our services in this case.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We use an online diary system through AcuityScheduling.com.
This data is used to email you with confirmation of your lesson booked, also to send a reminder of the lesson before the appointment.

We will keep your data until 6 months after your termination date of training with us. This allows us to contact you about post test training. If you wish for your data to be deleted prior to this please inform us via stuartrichards7@googlemail.com
